Been Away

I've decided to come back and write something. I've had various things on my mind a lot before this but today I felt like writing it down and posting it on my blog. I'm still at school and I'm still struggling with my studies. It's the beginning of a new semester but I feel rather unmotivated. Hopefully this situation improves. Yester night, I had a thrilling dream. It was about a female killer targeting a newly-wed couple. It was in movie mode and the witness to the crime plot was the lead character. It was rather scary I should say, and the episode ended in a field of corn or tall grass, I couldn't really say which one. I woke up feeling a little scared and sad. The killer was standing while looking down at me after all, before I got to my senses. Back in my home, I was spending my time in luxury. It was a tough semester last time, so I used up my vacation taking it really easy and pampering myself with laziness. I started watching 2 Days and 1 Night aga...

Lucid Dreaming

Hello. I checked Saya In Underworld today and read the post about lucid dreaming. It really enlightened me about the fact that I often encounter lucid dreams. I don't remember the contents of most my dreams, but I remember about them being so real. And I've always had false awakening. Sometimes, it even caused me to be angry at some point. Like, "What!? Another dream!?" I've had this experience countless times, ever since I was little. I read this link right here and though people think lucid dreaming and the effects from it are false, I personally believe that there are some relevancies and connection to the effects of lucid dreaming. This is because I have experienced some of them myself. People think that the effects of lucid dreams are caused by the fact that the dreamer has mental disorders or certain illnesses. I don't think I have this problem, of course. ^_^ That's why I believe in lucid dreaming at some extent. I never actually realized th...

SAYA : She's Back!!!

Oh thank God. Our beloved Saya from  SAYA IN UNDERWORLD  IS BACK!!! She just posted 2 new entries today on 12th May. The Master series has continued! She's be explaining her absence in a few days time. No matter what her reasons are, I am so happy she's back. I've been craving her presence because she's such a doll to all of us. And I miss her a lot, and I miss her blog too. I feel like I want to give her a nice warm hug. Welcome back, Saya-neesan. We've missed you so. Thanks for coming back.

Japanese Horror Games : Ao Oni

Image
It is an undeniable fact that Asian people understand the horror genre better. Japanese people simply make the best horror games. My little brother told me about this Japanese horror game made from the RPG Maker, I did not pay attention to the name but he told me that there is this purple or blue monster that chases you around and you can't fight it. The only thing you can do to save yourself is running away from it. So I was interested a little bit, I let him talk because he looked so excited to tell me... After some time I realized the game he was talking about is Ao Oni  meaning "Blue Demon". I've played flash games from the website  before so I was a bit surprised why I never discovered this game earlier. Various other version and fan-made games have been released too. So I downloaded it and tried it and I keep screaming every time that blue nightmare of a demon comes after me. Seriously that background sound that plays when you are running away from it works re...

Another Thrill!

I have found another blog with weird things. I was thinking that most weird-things-blogs are no good, except for a selected few. But I incidentally found this wonderful blog, THE HORROR TREE  with all the things that intrigue me deeply. I have read a lot of its content way before I found this blog. Still, there are some that I never really read thoroughly or even heard of. Therefore I am overjoyed. I'll use a metaphor to express how I feel. Do imagine me defying gravity, floating off the ground towards the bright blue sky with fluffy and delicious-looking white clouds. And I have such a happy and meaningful expression on my face as I take off towards the blue infinite. That might mean nothing but perhaps it can show you how I feel at the moment. I am really excited now. I won't be sleeping tonight I guess. The best time to read these stories is during the dead night when the lights are out and nobody else is awake! You can only hear the sound of the wind blowing i...

Nightmare in 2013

A nightmare greeted me on the first morning of new year. I was in a Battle Royale game, but things were a lot different. I do not know why I called it a Battle Royale game since the rules were so different. But it was still a survival game. I had that feeling, you know? It seemed that those participating had to play a number of sub-games and the person who won each game became safe and got to leave. However, the games become harder as time progresses, and brutal. I remember that the last few games were going to be like those in the Saw movies. The last one who could not win any of the games will be killed. So I was determined to win the first few games, but I did not. One of the first few games was climbing up a set of super steep stairs without touching the railings. The steps were inclined to a degree that it was almost a completely flat surface. I was trying to climb those stairs but I could not, and somebody else won that one. Then the stairs became a flat surface and...

Craving for Something Dark

Lately, I've been into horror and dark things. I am really interested in all the terror. Horror movies don't really terrify me, but mangas and animes do. :) I think this is a given, since you can do all sorts of things with mangas and animes compared to live action actors. I just cannot find anything new that really terrifies me completely. I've read all Itou Junji's works, and Umezu Kazuo's. I like it a lot when horror mangas are gore with a solid storyline. I dislike it when gore mangas are just gore for the sake of gore. I like it better with a firm storyline, where the gore is necessary for the story. Yes, that's the kind that really pump blood to my cheeks. On another note, I react very loudly to movies and animes and even mangas. By loudly I mean I scream and sigh and curse throughout the story... Most of the times I shout out loud and my sister gets annoyed and angry. Then she would shout back at me to get me to be quiet. But you can never really su...

More Strange Things

I feel better now after entering this blog:  Creepy + Pasta . Looks like strange things could really help with anger and dealing with emotions. Plus some dark chocolates. But I dislike this one a bit, there's a lot more stories that seem fictional than stories that seem real. Looks like this blog focuses on fictional stories rather than factual ones. Yappari, Saya  is still the BEST.

Horror Tales

I've been into horror/ghost stories lately. Especially ones from Japan.Things in Japan are always so bizarre and out of the ordinary. One of their attractive features. I've been reading real-life murders in Japan too, pretty weird and strange, I have to say. SAYA IN UNDERWORLD . Whenever I feel like getting a bit of thrill. I visit her blog. It's spectacular. Love the posts here. But she's been very busy that she updates less these days, if not ever. It's understandable, everyone is busy nowadays, but the contents in her blog never fail to create chills down your spine. She works hard to translate them for her viewers and I appreciate her for that. Reading all these horror stories has made me become paranoid and odd. Every glimpse of the eye or every odd sound will make my head go wild. Just now, I thought I saw a head at the corner of my eye on my bedside table, turns out that it's only one of my stuffed doll rabbits. Haha. Can you believe it? These stories...
